The West Virginia Division of Rehabilitation Services (DRS) is a state agency that helps individuals with disabilities, including those who are blind or have low vision, prepare for, obtain, and maintain employment. Serving youth and adults beginning at age 14, DRS provides vocational counseling, career exploration, training, assistive technology, and job placement support tailored to each individual’s goals.
