These days, many of us own Personal Digital Assistants (PDAs) to keep track of appointments, store addresses, send e-mail, browse the Internet, and even play music. People with vision loss use these devices extensively as well, but with a few modifications that can include a braille interface. These specially designed PDAs have evolved to keep pace with what is available for sighted users, and we are witnessing the development of the next generation of these powerful devices. AFB TECH regularly provides reviews of these cutting-edge products.
