Jim Halliday Rootbound Thinking in an Anemic Low Vision Industry
There are currently over 100 CCTVs on the market. There are desktop products, handheld models and CCTVs that connect to laptop computers. Jim Halliday, former president of HumanWare, says that the basic concept of the CCTV, invented in the 1960s, has not changed. Halliday explains this statement, and writes about how he would like to see the market evolve.
