Also accompanied by a letter form Lieutenant Colonel Brittain F. Payne, San Francisco, CA to Helen Keller and Polly Thomson, Westport, CT in thanks for the autographed picture of Miss Keller, requesting one of Miss Thomson, and discussing a ophthalmological hospital he visited.
